What happens when I request product quantities?
An email is sent to the FARM with your request. They logon to farmship.com and confirm a full or partial request, based on availabilities. This finalizes the agreement. An email is sent to both RETAILER and ADMINISTRATOR. The FARM then packs and ships the order.
What is lead time?
Lead time is the number of days from when a FARM confirms a request to when the order can be picked up at the MAFDC for Atlanta RETAILERS. Requests confirmed after noon, EST may require one additional day to be picked up. Those that receive shipments via refrigerated trucks.
When can I request product?
The website is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I pay?
We accept cash, checks, debit and all major credit cards. Payment is COD. You will be contacted by phone with the invoice total once the product is invoiced at Perishable Produc Innovations.
